How We Began

From a Small Collective to a Trusted Global Partner

Élan Hair started as a small collective of families in Vietnam's northern highlands, sorting and preparing raw hair by hand for regional buyers. As demand for genuinely ethical, single-donor hair grew internationally, we built a dedicated processing facility to bring that same handmade standard to a global scale — without ever outsourcing the parts of the process that require a human eye.

Today, we supply salons, stylists, and private-label brands in over 40 countries — but the sorting table hasn't changed. Every bundle is still touched by hand before it ships.
